iv'e been invited to go fly fishing,but never done it before?

do i need a permit to catch flies? what sort of equipment will i need? how many flies do i need to start a circus?

3. No no permit required. You will need a very tiny rod and reel and some very tiny lures. I think you need approximately 132 flies to start a circus now that includes roustabouts.
4. take the dancing bear with you :::that will attract all the flies::!!
5. unzip em ...go to a club and fish..catch em unfertalised and you will be fine..
