Fly Fishing?
LOOKING FOR THE BEST WEBSITES, CHATS ROOMS and INFO on fly-fishing!! We are always looking for new towns and rivers to visit, especially within a few hours of L.A County, CA. We liked the Kern River and Hot Creek, got any other ideas? Also CA fish and game website, once had a downloadable program with info on where they planted trout, do you know where it went??

- I started fly fishing for trout in Colroado and got hooked with my first cast. I ma now stationed back hom ein SC and have started fly fishing the salt. HOO BOY this is much more fun!! Get about an 8wt and head to the beach. I am having a BLAST! I would suggest you go and find the local fly shop near you or near where you fish and they will either offer guide service or if you don't have all the expendable income like me, you can buy a few flies and stuff and talk to them. I haven't been to a fly shop yet that won't tell you where, when and what to catch them on. A fly shop should be a encyclopedia of info on the local waters. They are on that water all the time and will know EXACTLY what you need to know. if they don't find another fly shop that will! Good luck and Tight lines.
