i want to be able to legally catch and sell saltwater fish to petstores in south florida. what licenses and permits do i need to b able to do this?

It is generally illegal with or without a license to capture and resell any native wildlife in any state. This means to be legal, you would have to collect fish from outside the range of Florida's waters, or else sell them into another state. Contact your Fish & Game department and Department of Agriculture to get more information.
why would you do this just get a real job....
Go check the government's website for their particular laws on selling fish. From what my boyfriend's researched, you can catch certain specimens for YOUR OWN AQUARIUM without any special licenses. Also, chances are, most pet stores already have connections with companies that will sell them fish for a lot cheaper than you would be able to provide. So, you probably won't be able to make much, if any, profit.
