1. NO! remember, hooks and rubber boats do not mix. Yet alone it is not a good idea to stand either
2. No. You can't really stand up in those things. They don't stabilize too well in choppy water too. Drop a hook and you could puncture something without you even knowing. Personally, I think you'll be much better off with a float tube which was designed for fishing in the first place.
3.
