I need help with a gift idea for my Father in Law - boat or fishing theme?

We got him tickets to a Titanic Museum close to their city, and since he loves fishing, I'd like to use the rest of the budgeted money (only like $20 left) to get him something fishing related? Or do you have any other ideas about something that would fit with the "Big Boat" "Fishing" theme?
