Fishing Q&A

i need some ideas for my husbands 29th b-day.?

we live in florida where it seems like i would have plenty of choices but i am stumped. he enjoys sports, fishing, drinking, but is also kind of snobby. I want him to have a few options to choose from and i would like to take him somewhere that is not such an obvious choice as a baseball game or day on the boat. I dont mind spending the $$ but i am so sick of wasting it on a fancy restaurant. Please help!!!!
