deep sea fishing in florida
I live in florida, and once or twice a year I go deep sea fishing in a party boat. ( I go on weekdays, a lot more fish for 1 ) What I'm wondering is, which location is better for this month? Cape canaveral, or tampa? Also, what should I be expecting to catch in this weather? Also, what should I be expecting to catch in this weather?

- All things being equal, I'd probably choose the east coast because of the greater variety of fish over there and you don't have to go out as far to reach deeper water. Being on a party boat, you'll catch the typical reef fish, grouper & snapper. Maybe some kings and cobia or schoolie dolphin too. It really all depends how far out they go. You can always call and they don't mind telling you what's been biting. If you get the SUN network where you live, check out the Chevy Fl. fishing report at 7PM on Thur. Excellent show. They go around the state and have an offshore & inshore report for each region. Hope this helps a bit.
