- yes you have to regester your boat.
- yes. all boats have to be.
- yes, its law that all boats have to be registered. If you get caught with an unregistered boat you can be fined, big time. I would go to the local marina and talk to someone there.
- You know the place where you get license plates? Go there! Your boat needs to be registered, and so do any trailers.
- Only boats with mechanical propulsion, or certain length sailboats are required to be "regested" in most states. Yours has mechanical propulsion, gotta register it. In GA, it only costs $15.00 for 3 years. Not bad at all, but then the county sends you a personal property tax bill on it as well!
- I am sure you do in most states, if it is powered with anything other than a paddle. You also need to check into if you need a license to operate said boat also.
- In Minnesota you must.
- yes you would have to regeste the boat
- Yes ... you must register your boat .. as per the rules
