i am looking for a small boat for fishing in a harbour i have £400 it needs to have an engine HELP?

and needs to fit in the back of my car

3. try looking a the local bait shop! We used to have a smaller boat[14ft,15ft?]w 50hp motor. Picked it up for $500. It had some problems but it was fine. Sold it again for the same orice at the local bait shop. Look for great used boat deals!
