bass / jig fishing?
what is your favorite way to fish a jig and where for example around trees stumps or thing of this source. what are your favorite colors/ weights. and if so can any one give me some jig fishing tips for southwestern Pa. also what is your favorite techniques to catch some nice smallmouth / largemouth bass.

- try pulling a darker color, black, through millfoil, around docks, downed trees, and just about anywhere there is underwater cover. this time of year, top water may be more exciting to fish....
- 1/2 oz. black and blue jig with a zoom super chunk in blue sapphire as a trailer. Pitch it into weeds, laydowns, brushpiles, docks and rip rap.
- Depending on the type of depth finder you have (if you have one), or by using topagraphical maps, use jigs over rock beds or "humps" in the water, meaning look for a sharp incline in depth
