what is the best time to DEEP SEA fish in Costa Rica ??? my dad NEEDS to know!

- Many people like to head out early morning. In my experience the bite seems to stop around noon and picks up again later in the afternoon. I would say get out early come in around noon and then go back out if your up for it later in the afternoon.
- for pelagics, early morning or late afternoon 5a-10a and 3p-dark
