Which type of takeaway is best?(in general)?

I know no takeaway is really healty but out of ordereing pizza,buying fish and chips or ordering chinesse food,which in general is better for you?

  3. Thai food can be.. and italian...But you know, if you're ordering out...you're not gonna get anything that good... But the chilli chicken at my local thai is hugely calorific..but..oh so yum!!
  4. Fish and Chips.... Full of Omega.3. and plenty of protine. Just dont have it every-day.
  5. Out of those options I think the chinese would be,choose boiled rice instead of fried.But why not just have a treat and not worry about the calories?If you look after your diet for the rest of the week you deserve a night where you can eat what you like!Enjoy it!

  9. chinese lasts longer and u are not harming the fish in the sea! ( unsustainable waters)
  10. Fish and chips are not that bad for you if cooked correctly,if the temperature is correct the fish or chips does not soak up that much fat. Pizza is always fatty due to the cheese content.Chinese food from take aways is usually loaded with salt so both of these are pretty bad for you. Fish and chips from a good shop therefore win.

  14. well taste wise it has to be chicken tikka masala but not for health. It would have to be pizza for the healthist take away if there is such a thing. I have just eaten a chinese yum yum
  15. well being from grimsby i have to say fish haddock and mushy pies and chips with salt and vingear and a drink of tea my second take away has to be chinese thank u enjoy

  19. If I'm in the mood for Indian I have Tandoori Chicken, boiled rice and salad. Chinese would be chicken and pineapple (no batter) and boiled rice.

  21. I absolutely love sushi to go. it is great. Healthy, flavoursum and tastey Mmmm that was im going to eat for dinner tonight i think. :)
  22. Alot of Chinese and other ethic food are made with lots of fresh vegetables and cooked with vegetable oil. This means its good for you and also keeps your cholesterol down.

  25. I agree take out is not so good but if i get take out it is chinesse because it has lots of veg and rice and the use soy iol to cook witch is good for you
