Requirements for Commercial Fishing License in Florida-Please help!?
Can someone please tell me the requirement for obtaining a commercial fishing license in the state of Florida? I tried to call and speak with someone but they were extremley rude and said what they had to say and hung up. If you know please answer! Can someone please help me...I dont understand all that mumbo jumbo on the website...lol! I need it to be allowed to fish for larger quantities of restricted species such as spanish mackerel. So I think I just need to apply for the regular commercial license w/ restricted species endorsement. Is that correct? Also I am a non-resident. Also I need to know if I do not meet one of the requirements in my fist year having it such as having a total sales in 12 consecutive months of $5000 when will I be allowed to apply again?

- I am not sure what the trouble is all you do is buy a resident commercial license and then obtain any tags needed for crabs,lobster and so on that you need or want to catch that are not qualified under the regular license fee's! What kind of commercial fishing needs do you have?
