Can anyone recommend a good used boat for about 3-4k? live in FL, light fishing, cruising around etc.?
what should i be looking for...motor size, brand, how old etc...

- Depends on if you need it to go on the ocean or not. Makes a big difference in the engine size, and hull shape, etc. Try craigslist.com for your city. I've always found some pretty amazing boat deals on there. Or you can try www.freedomboatclub.com which is a club where your membership pays for the privelege of using a boat anytime you want, but you don't actually own it or have to store it or pay taxes on it, maintain it, etc.
