I want to find out how to get a small boat loan ($5,000) but my credit is not the best due to IRS chapter 13?

I have 3 Grandkids and had a fishing boat but had to sell it. Now I need another and can afford $50 a week. Please be civil when answering.

1. Since you were in 13 save your money and don't please everyone. Pay cash and then you are in your financial picture. If you can't don't do it. Really, fish from shore or rent a boat. Makes more sense.
