what is a good boat for scuba diving?
I'm thinking about starting a charter for scuba and snorkeling, but i'm looking for a boat that is easy to get on and off of from the water. I don't want an inflatable and most fishing boats seem to have tiny ladders. HELP!

- look at a company called eastern they will build to your configuration the are located in new hampshire and have a website
- I think you should look into Government auctions in Florida or California and search craigslist.org. You can also check with marinas about abandoned vessels and check with the local city government offices close to the marinas about obtaining these vessels.I have had friends in Key West pay close to nothing for abandoned boats left behind. If you are just starting out you need to ask yourself how many passengers you will be taking on these SCUBA charters because you will have to check on insurance as well as hiring your crew and paying for their liability insurances.I will be happy to keep an eye out for you on boats for sale!
- One of the most popular and dependable boats used is the Island Hopper. It's a 32 foot boat made in Fort Piecre, FL. There are many different configurations and there are 2 engines available.
