Sport Fishing, whats biting in July and who should I fish with?

I will be staying in Playa del Carmen 7/3 - 7/17. I would love to do some sportfishing and would appreciate any information about what fish are around in July and the best way to catch them. What boat operators are recommended and what prices can I expect to be paying for 1/2 day or whole day trips? Thank you!!! Dave
